A massive, open-pit mine is planned for Bendigo. If it gets the fast-track go-ahead that the Australian mining company is seeking, it will have significant and long-lasting destructive impacts on a very special and totally unique part of our country.

What can YOU do to help?

If, having watched the video, you feel that you want to do something to stop the mine, there is quite a lot you can do. We’re not geared up at COES to deal with a threat of this size or nature, but we have joined together with other local organisations to do what we can.
